Today, Kristopher D. Prigge was sentenced in Polk County District Court after pleading no contest to two felonies involving child sexual assault.  Judge Rachel Daughtery sentenced Prigge to the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services for 40 to 45 years on count one and 10 to 20 years on count two, sentences to run concurrently. Prigge will be required to be on the sex offender registry for life.

The Polk County Sheriff’s Office, the Polk County Attorney, and the Nebraska Attorney General’s Office were involved in the investigation and prosecution of the case.
