NE Free Legal Answers

NE Free Legal Answers is a free, online legal advice clinic where eligible Nebraskans may ask a volunteer attorney a question about a civil (non-criminal) legal issue.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Must reside in Nebraska

  • Must not be incarcerated

  • Household income and assets must meet poverty income guidelines

Qualified users will receive an email notification if an attorney responds to their question.

 

Mediation Centers

Mediation Centers offer the services of a neutral, impartial mediator who assists parties in voluntarily working toward a mutually acceptable resolution. Mediators do not make decisions but help facilitate productive discussion and problem-solving.
