LINCOLN—Attorney General Doug Peterson released the following statement on today’s U.S. Supreme Court decision:

“In 2015, the President was prohibited from implementing DAPA. Today’s decision leaves the injunction in place while the case proceeds on the merits in district court in Texas.”
