Nebraska Attorney General Hilgers’ statement:
“We are thankful for the court’s thoughtful analysis and recognition of the Legislature’s prerogatives and processes. As a result of today’s order, LB 574 remains law in Nebraska.’
Governor Jim Pillen’s statement:
