Ex-teacher Anthony Rahe Sentenced in Locker Room Camera Case

Today, in Sherman County District Court, Judge Karin L. Noakes sentenced former Loup City teacher Anthony Rahe, age 25 years old, to a total of 7 to 15 years in prison for a series of offenses related to his placing video cameras in the high school girls’ locker room and recording girls in various stages of undress.

On several occasions, Rahe placed motion activated cameras in the high school girl’s locker room. He then took the cameras home and uploaded the images to his stored files on a cloud drive.

Assistant Attorneys General Kale Burdick and Mike Guinan, and Sherman County Attorney Heather Sikyta prosecuted the case. The case was investigated by the Sherman County Sheriff’s Office and the Nebraska State Patrol. AGO Victim/Witness Coordinators Patricia Sattler and Ellen Reilly assisted in the matter.
