Today, Nebraska Attorney General’s office worked in coordination with the Lincoln Police Department to arrest an Iowa man who traveled to Lincoln with the intent of having sexual contact with an under aged girl. Dennis Ray Ragan of Moville, Iowa, age 63 years old, responded to an online ad which he believed was posted by a 15 year old girl. He subsequently exchanged 170 emails during the month of August with the person he believed to be the 15 year old girl. Ragan was actually communicating with an undercover investigator with the Nebraska Attorney General’s office.
