The Attorney General’s Office filed a procedural motion today in the United States District Court objecting to the most recent filing by the plaintiffs in the Waters case. Specifically, the State contends that the plaintiffs are attempting to add additional affidavits by couples who were not parties to the original lawsuit and who are claiming additional rights not addressed in the original filings in the case.
